Do we depend in technology too much

Technology has become a necessity in our daily routines. If we look around us mostly everything runs on the internet, mostly everything is submitted online, and in an electronic device. From the security of your home to paying your bills and even know buying groceries. We get so used to these accommodations that when the system is down or it is not available to us we panic. I never realized how much I depend in technology until one day I was driving my mother in law’s vehicle and compared to mine she does not have a rear view camera . As I was backing up to park the first thing I did was look for the screen to the camera which in this case she did not have one and I found myself struggling to park just by using the mirrors. This is just an example but in my opinion yes we do depend in technology too much.
